Date and Time has been modified after power failure

Date and Time has been modified of the files in some folders after power failure in windows server 2003, and set it is to current.

Means when power when server boots then some of the folder's files's modified date and time will be changed, set it as to current.

This folders are shared and accessible my multiple os like Mac and windows...

Can you please help me out for this problem???

For some reason WIN 2003 updates the "Date Modified" after a power outtage for folders only for me and not for the actual files. Still sucks if you want to view the folders by the actual "Date Modified". My only work around is to have windows view the folders by "Date Created" instead of "Date Modified". Right click on the "Date Modified" at the top of the window and you can see the options you view by. Turn off "Date Modified" and turn on "Date Created".
