Win 2003 Server Back up software

Anyone have recomendations? We're currently using the built in back up utility and it's just not cutting it. To many errors on open files. I've only used Veritas in the past. Great program but comes at a price. Any one have other suggestions?

Lammy,

We use Retrospect by Dantz. It's a great backup system that we use to backup to DLTs. However, it's a bit expensive, something like $800.
I know so designers who use some backup system by Roxio. Maybe something too look into.

Hope this helps a little bit.

You get what you pay for with Veritas. There's ArcServe, Leggato, Retrospect. BRU might even have a port to WIntel.

Thanks all, I'm checking some different things out. We don't mind spending the money on the right product. I've just never used more than the one on a windows machine.

FYI Leggato and Retrospect are both now EMC2 products.
