CS3 Eggs

Has anyone found any eggs in the new CS3 programs?

I have only found one NEW egg in Photoshop.

Holding down command (mac) while going to about photoshop gives you a new splash screen (red pill). At first glance it is typical to previous versions having a new splash screen. There is more to this one though.

Take a screen capture of the new splash screen

Open the screen capture in Photoshop. With the levels (there are other color methods of achieving this but I will use levels) take the input level of the black to the max (0 to 253) you will see a tribute to Bruce Fraser.
Put the black level back to 0 now If you take the white level to the min (255 to 2) you will see a tribute to the creators cats and grandmother.

Also while changing levels there is a ?rabbit? that appears in the red pill.
I would do screen captures, but that may ruin the end result.

If this has been posted somewhere already I am sorry i didn't see it prior to posting it myself.

I see the ?rabbit? regardless of levels, but I'm not seeing the "tributes"... are you doing it in RGB or CMYK?

I am working in RGB. Screen Captures should open in RGB mode.

In the levels screen you should see three numbers 0 , 1.00 , 255. To get the tribute to Bruce Fraser you change the 0 to the max number of 253.
So now the numbers will be 253, 1.00, 255. The screen should be pretty black except for the tribute to Bruce.

For the creator's tribute to grandma and cats you will instead change the 255 number to the min number of 2. Those numbers should be 0 , 1.00 , 2. There should be paw prints and a "Thank You" message that appear. The message will be at the bottom of the screen and appear white.

I haven't done it yet, but there is a game in InDesign. Go to About InDesign and type the word butterfly. Esc to close it. I guess you pin down butterflys and then the alien comes out and you save them or something like that. Let me know if it works, I don't have CS3 yet.

No Egg here......

But I just learned in INDD CS3 using the selection tool.. if you double click an image/graphic - it automatically switches to the direct selection tool!
Nice short cut.
Hope it helps!
