In my blissful senility, not sure where I tripped over this one, but apologise to the poster concerned if it was here. [couldn't see it...].
Just used it today. Great little freeware Illy plug-in.

Thanks frailer, I had a proof go out a while back that had the over print white problem--what a pain.

A co-worker tested it and said it seemed to work great.........
then a half hour later his Illy CS2 started acting funny,he had to pull
the plug-in out.

Hopefully a one-off, or unrelated event. Maybe he/she should download it again; re-install/restart etc. Coulda become corrupted in the download, maybe...shall certainly post if I get/hear of, any probs. The guy's web-page and spiel seems to give the impression he knows what he's on about.
Have started diplomatically bouncing the link to repeat-offender designers. Shall see...

afterthought...maybe I'm too obsessional, but, like to run Repair Permissions+Update Prebinding, via Cocktail, after installing anything like that. Also is their Illy CS2 up to date. I think it's a pretty recent Plug-in write.

I had two White OPs on supplied PDFs in the last two days. I know this wouldn't have detected them, cos not native files, but having tools like this helps. Nearly got caught out on each. One had been resupplied cos it had no bleed. Had a white OP from Illy in it....tick tick tick....Kaboom! :evil:

I have not recieved any reports of problems (500+ downloads) although, with a freebie, people are less likely to complain. I would, of course, appreciate any feedback anyone would care to offer.

And yes, there is a CS3 version available now.
