Good links or documentation about fonts.

Hi to all. Anyone knows where I could find good documentation about fonts and their use in prepress (from a technical point of view) explaining the difference between true type, open type, type 1, the do's and don'ts about fonts and so on.

Thanks

This page from the FontLab website has a link to an article called "TrueType, OpenType and Type 1 - What's the difference?" by Thomas Phinney. I found it helpful.
