Yousendit.com is amazingly reliable and accepts up to a gig. I have had success with a 250 MB file so far.

I got very excited when I saw this page. Such a simple process that even my stupidest clients could use. Maybe.

It was 7mins and my 278k PDF still hadn't finished.

Tried again and a 3mb JPG stopped at 476k - stalled for 3 mins and then went through.
