i used to just go download the companys faqs in PDF, and usually i could grab a good vector file. but that was sometimes. there is another site, i gotta find the link. but i found that becoming a hardass results in customers thinking a little more beforehand.

Will save me loads of time, we do a lot of financial work, and customers allways send their word pdfs with low res images.
