Quark vignettes banding on Trueflow

Does anyone using Trueflow 3 have any issues with Quark 6.0 or later Quark vignettes banding? I have tried writing postscipt with the device N feature and as standard from Quark 6.5, but I have had no luck at all with Quark vignettes. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Screen, the manufacturer has not been able to help.

I have had problems with banding while using SPEKTA screening because it tends to gain so much in the lower %'s....try running 150 lpi.

We've been using TrueFlow 3 for nearly a year and are involved with the production of various types of jobs many which are designed with vingettes directly in Quark and/or imported as eps's from Illustrator/Freehand etc. We have not experienced any banding problems.

Platesetter is PlateRite PT-R8600 and Kodak HRL plates.
