Trueflow Reboot

Any idea on this one ppl...

We're running Trueflow 3.03TF326 and since we've had it, intermittently its been rebooting. Sometimes its when theres plates running sometimes not. We've been in touch with Screen and they've webexed in and installed various patches and eventually we had a HP engineer come and fit new power supplies to the RIP. Today we've an engineer webexing in an updating the firmware on the PC. Anybody had anything similar?

more than likely you've got hardware trouble, good idea to check firmware and motherboardstuff, I'm running trueflow 3.03 TF 309, running on a HP and never had reboottroubles like the ones you mentioned. Best ask the guy who's coming to fix your firmware, for a motherboard reset. Be sure to be backupped!

its a hardware problem.specifically power supply issue.maybe it is running under current or a hardware conflict.one of the hardware components are incompatible to others.let your hardware technician check it.
