Multi-Ink colours

Hi,

I've a job in Quark 6.5 which contains multi-ink colours. (Pantone 2405 + 40% Black).
I postscript out of quark and distill to PDF.
When I rip the PDF through trueflow the Multi-Ink colour converts to CMYK.
Has anybody any ideas as to how I can prevent the CMYK split and end up with the Black overprinting the Pantone 2405?

Many many thanks in advance.

Kirby
