Issues with Quark 6.1 and Trueflow 2.12?

I resently had a job that I polished multiple size tags; I added registration marks with a .25" bleed, centered. I brought them into the inposed file and ran the trapping on it. all the files didn't center.
My fix was to build it in Quark and polish it. My polished file looked fine. I ran that through trapping as cmyk and it dumped the pantone reds.

The original idea worked fine on a Jag. 10.2.8

I'm wondering if Trueflow 2.12 needs to be updated for Mac OSX 10.3.7.

Anyone have a thought?

Your version of TrueFlow should be fine with OSX 10.3.x.

Do you mean that your adding multiple size pages to a Flatworker
layout? Please explain further.

Did you print from Quark as DeviceN? and if so did you import spot
colors in Trueflow?

Polished PDF or Postscript, either should work fine.
