What do I do about the sales manager making come-ons to my wife?

On day, my wife and I were in the lobby talking, he walks up to her, and says "When you decide you want a real man, call me" and hands her a business card. A few weeks later, he hands her some chocolate and says "some sweets for you, my sweet'

Then, when he sent a pornographic junkmail where the 'cheerleader getting banged from behind' shares the same name as my wife, and types "Is your wife into cheerleading now?"

Do I have any legal right to kick him in the nuts as hard as I can?

Slap him across the face with a glove and challenge him to a gentleman's dual!

Seriously tho, that's effed up. Legal or not, I'd take him out back and let him feel the impact of a couple 17 inch guns. You shouldn't do much time for an assault charge, probably just community service if it's your first offense.

Or, you could take out an ad in the paper for free Harely parts and list his address.

YES YES YES you do, take it to HR. They either need to fire him, or put him on a development plan with required sensitivity training or something as such.

If the company does nothing, hire yourself a lawyer.

Believe it or not, that is sexual harrasment.

Save all communication, and have your wife write down exactly what happened. Keep written records of everything. Nail that guys ass to the wall.

She thought it was funny at first, but now she just thinks he's icky. I know my wife is hot, so I expect this stuff.

Instead of legal recourse, I'd prefer kicking him in his nuts. It would be more satisfying.

Hehe... Good point. I told HIS wife what he was saying, I think she's used to it.

I think if he does it again, I'll have my wife just tell him the truth about what she thinks of him. No court could ever diminish his manhood the way my wife can do it. How do you think I got to be such a timid wretch?

Im sorry but if some guy walked up to my wife and said that, I would get in his face immediately. It doesnt sound like you did much when he said that. If you show him that you wont stand for his crap, that hell get his ass kicked if he doesnt back off he will listen. But now its too late anyway if you didnt show some balls then he will never take you seriously. Now youll have to be a pussy and deal with it through bureacracy. Sorry if I sound like an ass, but if I had a wife I wouldnt never accept that kind of thing.
