Seriously, you should probably take care of it in a civilized, legal manner. I myself am capable of inflicting large amounts of damage to another person but it's not worth the trouble you'd get into. You can always scare him without threatening him. For example, I had a guy in my face not too long ago and instead of getting all pissy, I just stared at him all crazy like and when he finished his rant, I looked at him with a crazy smile and said "can I lick your eyeball?"...
