OK 1 person in prepress handles about 500 jobs a year.
5 years doing same work.
Inhouse so you understand same work.

At what point being the main person to do 90% of the work do you have even a slight rememberance of the 500 jobs.

same shit diffent day and it gets fucked up all the time

wow, so like 10-15 jobs a week? Ya wouldn't think that would be too dificult. Is this the same guy ou are always ranting about Logan? If it is, my heart goes out to you. Maybe you should have him shot, oh errr, I mean work more closely with him

lol I guess i do rant a lot about him... But I talk and talk to him but it is like he continues to expext people we have explained how to do things still don't and not picking up that what he perseves as a problem with other is the same one he has. Fun Fun... thank god for this forums or I might just explode and become one of those new worthy stories.

oh you aren't brother. If i remember correctly, it is a situation where you can't get rid of him, which just from what I know of him, is what is needed...if you know he cant be replaced for whatever reason, then HE knows, and it will never get better. maybe he will hit the lotto and leave on his own, is usually that sort that win 20 million....

and if you ever become a news worthy event, there are people more worthy of hurting than a slackin ass prepress wanna be, take one of them out for us all, if ya gotta

never will become news worthy. Biggest problem is he is a good person. not an ass or anything. It might be teh lack of knowing printing and only understanding ... oh I am not really sure how much he understands other than what I have tried to teach him. Maybe he will hit that lottery share a little and leave. fingers crossed for him

I worked for a company once, and oh how i hated how they did things, they wern't going to change...but everyone there tried their best and treated me and everyone else like humans. I had to eventually leave for my own sake, but man, it was like shooting a puppy when i turned in my notice.

and if he does for any reason share his lotto winnings, remember your pals on PrePressforums.com...especially that Mikie guy, he is swell

23 years, put up with 2 jack ass bosses and seen them leave. curently have a boss that is very even handed. screww up he is on you do well he is there patting your back. I will survive.

yeah 23 years you arent going anywhere. I just hate to see someone who cares so much have to suffer with inferior coworkers etc. Me, I have never been able to tolerate those kinds. The two jackass bosses would have run me off long ago. The current boss you speak of sounds like my kind. I am ok gettin my ass chewed when I make a mistake, believe me I have already chewed my own ass for it by the time they get there. but one that will actually understand and appreciate what you do forthem, no wonder you care so much.

keep ranting, it does make the day a little better knowing you aren't the only one dealing with it, and you aren't.
