I feel your pain, Vee!

We just had a go around here with this crap as well. We would get emails with attachments and have no clue what to do with them. We would send out a mass email to all the CSR's asking whose project it is and what job number to put the stuff into.

We now make them put the job number in the subject line or we don't accept it.

I made it very clear today in our Monday Prodcution Meeting, that those emails where the cause of my drinking. Everyone agreed to continue sending them. :wink:
