I worked at one shop where the screaming and yelling got so bad between owners and managment that somone did that. They called all the day time production people into the middle of a screaming match. 10 minutes in there's a knock at the door and the owner says something like "who the hell is knocking on the door". Then it opens and a state trooper sticks his head in. He points to the owner and asks him to step into the lobby. We were in the schedulers office next to the lobby. thin walls and all we proceeded to hear the trooper tell him how because he could hear him outside the building he had the right to cuff him and haul him off right then and there, and that if he didn't lower his voice and he ever got called back out there that's just what he was going to do.

That was the end of that meeting.

Just for fun, sign up his name and use the company address and ship him a million catalogs from those "blow-in" cards you see in magazines. An old friend of mine used to do this. He would go to the library and go through every magazine and then mail it in with the enemy's mailing address.

Sign up his email address for anything and everything. You could use his work email address and his personal home email address. Have fun with it.

Everyone hates junk mail and everyone absolutely hates spam email.
