Well Suitcase seems to have chilled out somewhat. I'm down to 2-3 crashes a day now.

Basically from the beginning I did a fresh install of 10.3.9. Installed CS2, Quark 6.5, Suitcase Fusion and setup my printers etc.

Will try the other apps & the system folder method when I get a chance.

I agree whole heartedly. I used Suitcase for about a week before I got the shits with it. Fontagent works great.
