Customer: I have a huge problem. A friend has placed a screensaver on my computer, but every time I move the mouse, it disappears!

We did a great one on one of our sales reps last year. Screen support had webexed into our trueflow, so one of our guys sat @ the screen and started followin the cursor with his eyes. We cajoled a sales rep over to his work station, and when he asked what the guy was doing we told him it was our new 'retina controlled screen'. Guess what he bought it and even got some of his office pals to come and have a look!

We've done similar things, you know, teasing the operator by moving the mouse while they're working and all, but that "retina controlled screen" sounds even better. I'll have to remember that and use it someday.
Thanks Ricky!

"Who decides if the piece bleeds?"
"I couldn't get the piece to print here, or even open it. I figured you could."
"I got that error too. Do you think there is a problem with the file?"
"Oh, the CD is right here. That's strange because I know I put it in the case"
