My point was 10.4.37 is not the latest version 10.4.9b is. 37 comes before 9. I updated from 10.4.37 to 10.4.9b about a month ago...

Not trying to nitpic but Rampage looks at it build numbers sequentially.
What number is larger 9 or 37, 37 is the latest build. they just sent me an upgrade from build 32 a week ago because of a bug in the way pdf trap engine handled superblacks, call Rampage if you don't believe me. If I am wrong I sincerely apologize. if it was build 10.4.3.7 then yes you would be correct.

If you are correct I am pissed. I payed a pretty penny for RAMPage and thought I'd get all updates as soon as they came out. Especially since I've called them 4 times about issues with TrapIt. And BTW the version is as I typed it no 0. For such a large outfit RAMPage isn't very forthcoming with information. WTF can't they have at least a web page with know issues and current builds? Lord knows they charge enough.

I have used Rampage for several years and personally I feel the $1500, or is it $1750 now, I pay a year is a bargain for maintenance. I have used Contex, Scitex, Barco and Screen and man let me tell you, what they charged for support was legalized extortion. The only reason I am up to date with the builds is because I have to load upgrades on 12 Rampage boxes and several macs (Clients and pathway) and I always check with Rampage before I install just to make sure its the absolute latest build and if its not I have them put the latest build on their ftp site and I download it. Yes, I do agree it would be nice for customers under maintenance to be able to log into their site to download the latest build. But in the mean time I call about every 6 weeks to see if I'm on the latest build.
