oh where oh where to begin

I wouldn't trade it for anything else, ever. It is hands down the easiest fastest and most flexible ripping system I've ever used. It does have a few quirks, and we run into problem files, but making a change and retrying it only takes minutes and not hours. The trapping is good, there are some special features that are really neat, and the pricing is fair. Support is unmatched. Anything specific just ask.

Speaking from a different angle . . .

I work for a software vendor, not a printer. Rampage and my company have some mutual clients. From what I've seen, Rampage really prides themselves on their support. I was very impressed with their commitment to their customers.

I'm all for support. I recieved a CD on this software (promotional), but it's an old version. It seems very versatile.
