Rampage Spot Color LUT
I am experimenting with taking the plunge with this. I read the archives of the Yahoo group and the subject has been mentioned. The two ways mentioned to get the needed lab values were taking one?s own measurements or getting the number from Quark or PhotoShop. My thinking was that the best results would come from reading a printed piece (PMS Book). I experimented with this and I like what I saw. I figure we will just build the Library on a job by job basis. I also fully understand that very bright inks will not reproduce due to the limitations of the proofer (Epson 10000).
We run calibrated proofs that match our printing quite well; we just want to take it a little further with the spot colors.
I was just looking for any good/bad experiences from other Rampage users.
