Printing problem with Quark 6

Quark 6.1, Mac OS X to epson 7600

simple enough, multiple 4x5 images (20) set in a layout to print together on the page. OPI is on for all....spits out low res only, rechecked settings, changed nothing sent to print and it was fine.

did it with new batch and same thing occurs.

ANY thoughts?

Disable the OPI Xtension to eliminate it entirely from the equation.
