Quark Guide manager

Really simple, yet annoying.
Does anyone know how you can get Quark 6's 'Guide Manager...' to place guides outside the page limits? I like to place guides for bleed on print jobs, not being able to do so automatically is really starting to annoy me!
In 4 I used to use guideliner, a nice little X-tension...can't find it for 6.

Don't know about Guide manager but if you drag a guide from the ruler outside the page it will stay there.
