Content on the "Blank Page" in Doc Layout

I've got a real good one here. Somehow, a client of ours has gotten a slug onto the "blank page" in the document layout palette. Now, we can't seem to get any way to get it off the page. My problem is that I have to re-size the document and whenever I try, it tells me that I can't do it because there's stuff on "blank page".

Anyone have any ideas???

In Quark when you start a new doc and have auto text box checked what happens is, for every slug it will start a new page. If you make a master page with that as default the master will will throw slugs too. Shouldn't be that big a deal if you have hard copy to compare. One of the defaults of Quark that has always pissed me off. That and text wrap. PITA if you don't know what your looking for.
