Force Rotate in Quark 6.5-7.0

I have a document with pages 11.5 wide 15.25 high.
Set up in Port mode. In the document I have two pages side by side, set to print as spreads.

I need to rotate them 90 when printing, for correct output. (I can not rotate in the Rip in this example)

I used to know how to do this but cant figure it out.
Dont tell me ID as that is not a option for this job.

In Quark 6.5,
go to print, click the page set up button, set your paper size and click on the landscape button (the middle one), click okay and now check the preview tab, it should be rotated.
