Quark Passport or Not?
Has anyone had the issue of receiveing a quark file and you can't open it.
It says that it is a Quark 6 Passport file, but the customer claims they don't have passport. Any suggestions?

We just got one the other day. What happpened with our file is that it was made in Quark PC and saved as a multi language document. When we tried to open on a mac we would get "Need passport" to open. We had client save as single language document and then no problems opening.
