Transfering Quark to a new computer

At work we have a dying PC so the boss has bought a new one. Quark needs to be transferred to the new computer. I loaded it and tried internet activation but this automated method rejected my attempt, as I have already used up my second activation on my home PC. I tried activating by phone but was given a number on the other side of the world to me in such a different time zone I'd have to get up in the middle of the night to speak with them. Is it always these difficult dealing with Quark. How have other people got on with this issue?

Phone activation is the only way to go.

All of Quark's support is based in India, it should be open 24 hours a day.

good luck, and get a cup of coffee, maybe a danish or two, cause you 'll be there for a few minutes.
