Missing Rules exporting from Quark 6.5

Ok, here goes. Half point rules dropping out when saving out PDF or Postscript from Quark 6.5 Mac OS 10.4.3 Not all rules, just some of them.

I've already seen this on a Quark forum, but no solution yet. Not sure if it is Quark or OS issue. All I can say is "Watch Out"

Using rules above or below or drawn rules? Maybe a color issue? I've seen rules turn to white and look like they are gone untill I select all with PitStop Pro.

Drawn rules, Black, .5pt

NO sign of them in Pitstop or Illustrator. Just gone :cry:

I have seen this happen before but can't quite remember what I did to fix it. Are the drawn rules behind a picture or text box with no run around? If so, try bringing the rules to the front.
