Export from Quark 6.5 to Word Document

Is there an extension out there that will help in the exporting of Quark docs to Word documents which will keep the text styles and atributes from quark without the operator having to completely reset the file from scratch

Why would you want to export a quark document into word? Word is very very bad :-) at least around here. (Word and publisher)
