Creating an index
Hey everyone,
I'm using Quark/Mac OSX. I have a book that I am laying out which contains listings of companies. Each listing is one paragraph. Each page of the book consists of only these listings. At the end of the book I have to create an index. The index will contain the name of each company and which page it is found on. Last year we created the index manually and it took about 6-8 hours. Is there an easier way to do this? I looked at Quark's Index Palette, it will give me the item and the page, which is great, but it won't let me transfer that info into a text box.
