Quark should print it as seps. What kink of problem are you having?
As a test, I just saved a file as an EPS with jpeg encoding, placed in Quark 6, and printed seps to our laser printer with no problems.
Is the file creating a postscript error or something?

I have a Photoshop eps file with jpeg encoding and I have placed this file in QuarkXpress 6. Creating a preseperated file from QUarkXpress I am unchecking the CMY plates and want just the black seperation plate to come out but I am getting a the entire information of CMY on black seperation plate as if the whole data is converted in grayscale.
