Water marks on Images

How do you remove water Marks off the Images when trying to use the pic :?:

The water mark is there to protect the producer of the picture. The only way to remove it is buy the picture, so that the picture taker gets paid and can go on taking pictures. Using a picture without paying for it would be theft

Either that or an absolutely fantastic photoshop operator with loads of time on your hands to waste on what is probably a low resolution positional.

I'm guessing of course...

Most are fairly large high-res professional looking images.
