I have a logo at the top of the document, big image under it and finaly, description of the company.

In the task they say:

Delivery:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- PDF, ready for press
- CMYK, no spotcolours
- all fonts embedded
- TrimBox embedded
- including intersection lines

If it is a PDF then the trim box is already defined. Infact all the page boxes are defined as the same size as the media box. Open up acrobat pro and use the crop tool, choose trim box, change the position and size of the trim box, hit okay, save.
