Batch Process

I know this has been posted before but there are so many post. How do you do the batch process in photoshop? For example if you have a 100 images that are RGB and need to be CMYK.

1) Create an action that does your rgb to cmyk conversion
2) File menu -> Automate -> Batch. Choose your action at the top, then choose your starting and ending folders and any other options.

Just to add a little to the post...
You can also record your action, and save it as a droplet. (File > automate > create droplet)
Then you can dump 100+ images on the droplet and sit back while your computer does all the work.
Work smart, not hard.
