Multichannel PSD to RGB/CMYK

This is something I only have to do on rare occasion; working with spot channels in PS.

Had a bitmap logo that I had to make two spot colors. That done, made two new channels for the spot colors, changed document to Multichannel mode.

Now, wanting to save out a low-res JPG to email client for web use, but cannot switch to another color mode, only Bitmap or Grayscale, and can only save out document as PSD or EPS.

Help?
