cangeing a cmyk tiff into spot color

I have a tiff logo that is in cmyk. I need to change it into a 2 color spot. Its been rasterized so i cant change the colors in illustrator. is there an easy way to change the colors. its not too detailed the colors are separated from one another. i can just magic wand them but it has gradients/ screens in it.

I also get allot of more detailed jobs that have colors that are next to each other. but havent had this problem before. just in case i do is there a way to do it in this format?
thanks
pgween

CoCo for Photoshop is ideal for this kind of work plus about a thousand other uses. I can't do without it.
