identity h fonts in photoshop cs

we have run into some errors with fonts dropping off in our ads. raw file is from photoshop cs. asura has listed a font and labeled it Identitiy H. we're not using photoshop cs yet and ran into this a while back with InDesign. proper pdfs do not display this, I know. But i was wondering if you have to flatten these files first or its just another upgrade we need on our rip.
thanks
april

The latest version of OneVision handels these fonts correctly.
A Rip update would also work. Check with your rip supplier.

yes i think its our rip too. we also have a therory that these file and fonts are true type from a pc that has been exported from Photshop cs. On our one vision, normally its labeled as CID fonts. But these are labeled Indentity H fonts. But yes we're trying to convince our IS guys its the rip. Upgrades, Upgrade, Upgrades!!! This should be interesting once we all are on OSX.
Thanks for your reply.
