levont - I see that your domain is based in Syria - is Coredraw widely used thereabouts? Caled has posted before that it's common in Scotland - interesting to see where it is popular. Around here (US South) I only see it used in smaller sign shops and by the occasional home user.

Yes, Syria, I understood that from the "sy" in your email address.

Levont, we probably can't really compare the US version to your version since the coding is probably different. Your version may be different because it's made to work on the computers that are sold in your country which may be different from computers sold in other countries. This might also be true for Scotland as well for all I know, though I doubt it, I think the only thing really different for them would be the power supply.
also, if Corel is all you use for everything you won't ever have any trouble... it's when you have to make Corel documents work in other software that you start having trouble. Corel has it's own built-in Rip. the system we (and most larger facilities) use converts Postscript or PDF files into a very high resolution TIF image. The trouble we have with Corel is with it's file export to Postscript and PDF. It creates these files in a way that is not up to the same standards as other software.

Im affraid i have to agree. I use freehand and Corel Draw. Thow i like Draw alot better because of knowing it since the first versions. Maybe that's why i work much faster with it. The problem is when we print a postcript file from X3 for example. In my Rip50 from Linotype it just won't RIP. I'm going nuts here because i've tryed about all i could not to change from Corel but it is loosing cards now... I hope i'll find the way to make it work cause i really like X3 and in the graphics arena it rulles, like vinyl cut and digital printing. Very copatible with Scanvec and amiable softwares. Pre-Press is at the momem a huge bug to be fixed in Corel Draw X3.

Isn't the Rip50 from Linotype a postscript level one RIP?

That's pretty lean for a RIP for the files put out by todays apps. Good luck.
