suitcase 10 and osx

i'm trying to install suitcase 10 on my osx machine.
once installed it will only run in os9.
when i activate fonts, they don't appear in my osx applications.

any ideas?

A little more info: What version of OSX? Did you install it while in X and not in system9? Hm, that's all I can think of right now.

I am using osX version 10.2.8

I was in X when I tried to install suitcase, but it booted classic for the install.

aren't there 2 different installs for Suitcase? One if you want just Classic Activation and one if you want both OSX/Classic..

the installer should NOT launch classic when installing...

double check the CD and be sure you launched the right installer

my installer for Suitcase is for version 10.2.2. It installs in X with no problems. If yours is earlier (10.0) it may be a os 9 only version. I forget when they made the switch to OS X compatibility.

Yeah, if you got the older version that's Classic only, they may throw you the update for nothing if you're nice to them.

You might want to upgrade to the latest version of X1 while you're at it. Suitcase 10 used to drive me nuts with stability issues.
