Remote Access with Verizon DSL

This might not be the best forum for this, but in this industry many people tend to know the answers to questions like this. I work on a mac. I also have a mac at home. I want to be able to use my mac at work to VPN my mac at home. I use verizon DSL at home. I believe I have the the info to be able to do this. Im just not sure how to put all the pieces together to make the connection. If anybody can help I would be very happy.

I'm not sure you mean VPN! VPN is not how one mac would talk to another mac. Your talking more about VNC/remote desktop.

Please tell me about your setup. 2nd do you have the OK from work and is their firewall setup to allow this. Most corp do not allow this for security reason.
