Dupont CromaPro Mac client no longer works?

Kind of off-topic, but I'm not sure where else to post this, and Dupont's online support is pretty thin...

We're using Dupont's CromaPro proofing system tacked on to the end of our Apogee workflow. (It drives our Epson 9600 and works really well.)

The CromaPro has a Mac client that allows operators to manage proofs from their desktop rather than at the CromaPro's rip. We recently updated two of our G5's in the prepress department to the latest patch from Apple (10.3.9), and these Mac clients suddenly don't work. My guess is that since the client is basically a Java app, there's something new in the system update that's no longer compatible.

Here's the question - does anyone else out there use this system, and does anyone know eher I can get updated clients? Our service provider's suggestion was to run an update on the CromaPro rip, with the assumption that a new client would come with it. No such luck.

This isn't the end of the world - the CromaPro rip is only about twenty feet away, but I grab my office Mac from home with Timbuktu frequently, and this client is the only way I have to queue proofs from home.

Thanks in advance for andy advice. I'll probably cross-post this in a couple of forums... I apologize for the clutter.

Thanks,
Andy Gill

We use Dalmation, sorry. I would see if you have any CromaPro preferences on these macs and trash them and reboot. :?:
