expose is a very good think on osX.3, apart from one problem.

i put it on my third mouse button, very handy, saves me from moving my hand all the way up to the kayboard.

anyway,, when i save something, i get the "save" window and when i then click then by mistake the expose button and go back to my application the "save" window will stay behind the document and you can't see it.

takes a while to figure it out, you still can save then, just with the enter key or cancel, but very annoying.

yeah..it does seems to have some "layering" problems...

Also quark 4's pallets seems to disappear when I use the show desktop feature. After showing everything again, the pallets will no longer be there or no longer clickable..

hi cory, can you acctually get the fonts to display properly in quark 4 on osX.
we can't install ATM in the os9 systemfolder as we have major conflicts and the whole machine lockes up.

did i not read something this can't happen on this unix berkley / osX interface?? well, i made it.

any ideas??

yeah...OS 9 apps display just fine for me...

be sure you are using the most current version of ATM deluxe or ATM light...version 4.5 and below would cause OS 9 to crash at boot..

I think the most recent version is 4.6.1

i have 4.6.2a installed. If the installer won't run just get a copy from another machine and place it in your control panels folder in your OS9 folder. Make sure it has the ~ in front of it and that the suitcase control panel has ~~ in front if your running that too.

it's done now, it was a scory said. tried an older version before.

now it's rock and roll with quark4...
