Extreme ZIP vs. Windows 2003 w/appleshare

Hey everyone, get out your opinion caps - I need to know if any one has any suggestions, My IT dept has come and asked for my (your) opinion on differences and any recomendations for either of these. Any help would be appreciated - we are primarily MAC OSX based as of now, but we do have 1 PC and 3 older G4's that still run OS9 for use when needed. I'm interested in the outcome on this as well. We are looking into ExtremeZIP as well because of the slow downs we experience browsing files through our win2k server.
