A while back someone told me about a unix based font converter for OSX. Does anyone know about this? I can't remember what its called or where i can download it. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure which app you're referring to, but the one that I'm thinking of has changed its name from PFAEdit to FontForge. You can find the latest info on it at http://fontforge.sourceforge.net/.

Looks like you'll need to have X11 installed to use it. I've been meaning to take a look at this app myself, but I'm a little tight on space on my current boot volume.

Anyway, hope this helps....
