i can't see you being a lithograph, but if you want to use it i am sure the word is international. at least in all the languages i speak.
the guy here at the agency who is doing close to what you describe is a "traffic manager", big word really - his wages are not so big.
it's a position what young guys do once they come from uni, just before they become a suit.
then again, many people here give the title's you would never have heard about it.
i just become a digital artworker as most people would not know what a lithographer is anyway. even i still have two stone plates at home... sniff
