Benefits are good, plus stock and 401k, BIG plusses nowadays!

Summer picnic once/yr with beer and wine (professionally catered, for liability reasons) that is well attended and helps the "team spirit" quite a bit.

Private Christmas party at a coworkers house w/ a selective invite list... we all bring instruments and "jam"... my absolute favorite event of the year... but not the whole shop.

And a couple of golf tourneys a year, usually one in Mexico!

1.We get 1 local golf outing a year.(But I don't golf)
2.We ususally have 1-2 cookouts(Brats, metts, burgers) here at the shop at lunchtime.
3.Christmas party.(Nice dinner,dress up,open bar at downtown hotel)
(I don't attend)
4.Annual company meeting(during work hours-1/2 a day where
we get company ideas, information, future forcasts) with catered
food and beer, along with a team building game before dinner.

1 time we shutdown 1/2 a day and went to play LASERTAG with
lunch catered and beer. That was fun.Everyone was sore the next few
days from running and squatting. This was mandatory,if you didn't go
you didn't get paid for the 1/2 day.

Owners here are pretty generous with this stuff.
