Dang,
I just ate some high fiber cereal with 1% fat Lactose free milk and 2 Tbs of cold-milled flax seed. Yippeeeee! :roll:

I think he's hit on something! Prepress always give me a plugged-up-bloated kind'a felling (specially after Publisher came along), kind'a constipated. With that breakfast he's gonna be real regular, probably any time now he'll be on his way to the little pressmans room (we have to share a bathroom with "them" -yuck- and "they like Mexican).
