Italian for me since my wife is a killer cook and leans toward Italian cooking. In Vancouver there are so many different ethnic places it's difficult to keep it down to so few choices. We just ate at a Malaysian restaurant that was amazing. We all went to the bar after and nobody could drink because we were all too stuffed. Lots of Sushi here too.

We've got a great place here in town, I've eaten Sushi all up and down the east coast (and a few in california).. and this little hole in the wall here is better than anything I've had. Including NYC.

Had some Sushi in a cold Prairie Town (which shall remain nameless), needless to say we din't order anything raw. They had a New Zealand Roll made with lamb. Wow. It was amazing.
