What do ya all do with what little free time ya have?
MInes cars. I am currently a member of two clubs. One is a local F-body club (camaro & firebird). www.ctfba.com the other is national, Second Generation Camaro Owners Group. www.nastyz28.com Right now I am planning the second gen get together at a hugh car car show in Carlisle PA. I have owned an 81 camaro for almost 9 years now, and only driven it once, it's slowly being restored. I just recently picked up an 87 firebird that needs some TLC.

Aside from general computer stuff, I try and get out and play some paintball every weekend. It's always a great stress relief

Since I was a kid, I have always wanted to build my own Voluntary Child Care Shelter to help street children in Manila to have a place to stay. If ever I got the free time I'll plan to build my little so called orphanage from my winnings in the Nokia Mobile Application contest ( http://www.mctimes.net/2003/Lifestyl...vt_Tilt.h tml) and few voluntary assistance groups.[/url]

When I'm not staring at a screen I like to cook. I have to follow a recipe exactly or it just ain't good enough. Completely opposite to the day job where you basically make it up as you go along

Can someone please explain this "free time" to me. I vaguely remember the phrase but I haven't heard it since starting work in pre-press.

Motorbikes: I have a Yam R1 for blasting and an XJR1300 for easy cruising.
Spain: we have a modest penthouse apartment and get away about once every 5 weeks for either a long weekend or a bit longer if I can swing it. Flights are cheap enough at average 40sterling
The rest is made up of lager, fierce bowel-bashin' curries, the odd movie, more lager, wine and at least 1 decent bottle of champagne if the weeks been a good'un. (Two if it's been bad)
And call me dysfunctional but I do also enjoy the occasional trawl thru' the Adobe forums, and now that I've accidently found this one I guess I'll be dropping in as often as work and the above allow.
Now to anyone who reads this and thinks this guy must be rich - all you need to do dear reader be ready to put in 13 -15 hours a day for 6 days a week and around 13 years, put your house on the line a couple of times and have the balls to start up in print. S'easy really.

Motor bikes are cool BTW I miss having. some day after the camaro is done.

Respect man! I read many of your posts...I weep with you.
We handle those 'can you just' files too!
We try, oh how we try, to guide, educate. cajole and finally charge if we can..those clients who think its OK to hand off a file (Excel, Word and can you believe...Flash!) and say OK for a proof tomorrow?
