OS X movie mode?

Is there software in OS X that will let me capture a movie of what I'm doing on my G5? Kinda like those Adobe instructional/sales pitch videos.

Thanks alma. It's pretty much what I'm looking for but was hoping for something more, um, free or built into the os. I have to document certain procedures in some apps for our department and thought a video would be perfect since not everyone enjoys reading technical papers *cough*nightshift*cough*.

If you or anyone you know has a digital video camera, you could point it at your monitor while you do your thing, then put the video together in iMovie.

Snapz is the best option in my opinion. I think it lets you run for a limited time without registering. Try it out.
Or maybe you could do stop motion animation, take a screen shot of every step and piece them togethe.

If a series of stills would work, just take thousands of screen shots and string them together in ImageReady set you own fade in and fade out and time of duration, etc.

Yeah it's nice. I just got done playing with it. I can even capture sound as well and it's a 30 day demo so it'll work perfectly.

It's worth buying IMO.
